Application terms

These terms apply when you apply to the MIQU Creator Partnership, run by Maison MIQU in the United Arab Emirates. By submitting an application you accept them.

01. What an application is

An application is a request to be considered for the MIQU Creator Partnership. It does not create a partnership, employment, agency or any other relationship with Maison MIQU, and it does not entitle you to products, payment or commission.

02. Who may apply

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• At launch the partnership is open to creators based in the United Arab Emirates. Applications from other countries are welcome and may be considered as the partnership expands.
• You must apply in your own name and for social media profiles that you personally control.
• Where UAE law or the law of your country requires an advertiser permit for promotional content, you are responsible for holding one before you publish such content. You may apply while your permit is in progress.

03. How selection works

• Every application is reviewed individually by Maison MIQU. No application is accepted or declined automatically.
• Maison MIQU decides at its sole discretion whether to offer a place, and is not obliged to give reasons for a decision. The criteria used are internal to Maison MIQU.
• Maison MIQU may ask you for more information before it decides, and may place an application on a waiting list. If it asks for more information, it sends you a private link that stays open for 14 days.
• Applying again later is possible; a new application is reviewed on its own merits.

04. Accurate information

You confirm that the information you give is true and complete, and that your audience and engagement are genuine. Maison MIQU may decline an application, or withdraw an offer, if information turns out to be inaccurate or if follower or engagement figures appear to have been bought or manipulated.

05. Your content and materials

You keep all rights in the content you link to and the materials you upload, such as your media kit. You allow Maison MIQU to view, store and assess them only to review your application. Maison MIQU will not publish or reuse them without a separate written agreement with you.

06. No payment for applying

Applying is free, and there is no payment or product for submitting an application. If you are selected, a separate MIQU creator agreement will set out everything about the partnership. That covers product allocation, missions, content requirements, content rights, commission and payouts. If anything in these terms differs from a signed creator agreement, the agreement prevails.

07. How we contact you

Maison MIQU will write to you by email about your application. If you tick the separate WhatsApp box, updates may also be sent on WhatsApp, and you can stop them at any time.

08. Confidentiality

Information about the partnership that Maison MIQU shares with you privately during the review, and that is not public, should be kept confidential.

09. Your information

The MIQU Creator Partnership Privacy Notice explains how your information is used. By applying you also consent to Maison MIQU reviewing the public profiles you share and the information you submit.

10. Changes

Maison MIQU may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your application, and a later version applies only to applications submitted after it is published.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts with competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates.
